they say a rising DXY means crypto drops — does that still hold?

used to be BTC and the dollar index were basically inversely correlated, so a strong dollar = crypto down. lately they sometimes move together or the correlation breaks... do macro traders still watch DXY for crypto? curious how you actually use it
