tidying up funds scattered around, I compared exchange safety. my criteria: 1. Publishes Proof of Reserves + updates it regularly 2. Operating history, licenses, past hack / withdrawal-halt record 3. Withdrawal speed (real user reports), security features (withdrawal whitelist, 2FA) 4. Volume/liquidity (delisting & slippage impact) 5. Fees + rebate — at the same volume the net cost differs a lot bottom line: score on the above rather than 'it's famous', narrow to 1–2 mains. Trade where there's a rebate, keep big storage cold
