sent coins on the wrong network during a withdrawal and poof… just me? 😭

tried to send USDT, the other side was TRC20 but I picked ERC20... why are there so many mainnet options 😭 heard support recovers it sometimes, but more often they can't. how do you all triple-check the network before withdrawing? please tell me I'm not the only one who's done this...
