set rules to manage trading psychology — review

my problem was mindset, not edge, so I set a few rules and kept them 3 months.
1. Daily loss limit — hit it and I'm done for the day, charts off
2. No full-size entries (always keep cash on the side)
3. Cut size after consecutive losses
result: no more nuking the account in one shot. The equity curve is smoother, so frequent trading feels calmer. and since I trade more, capturing the fee rebate helped both mentally and on the bottom line

it's all a mental game in the end, knowing != doing
