every time I turn on a trailing stop it knifes me out at the bottom… just me? lol

supposedly you buy the knee and sell the shoulder with a trailing stop, but mine always gets clipped by a quick wick and stops me out right before it goes back up 💀 tight trail % = stopped by noise, wide trail = give back all the gains... how do you set your trail distance? is the answer just 'don't use it on high-vol coins'?
