had to convert 3 times to use an overseas exchange, and my principal just… shrank 💀

fiat → stablecoin → coin → another coin... hopping between exchanges doing a few conversions/transfers, and before I even bought the coin I wanted my balance was smaller lol. FX + spread + transfer fees nibbled it all away. keeping the route simple WAS the money-saving move...
