still parking coins on an exchange without checking its Proof of Reserves? (moved mine after looking — review)

after watching an exchange implode, I got paranoid and checked whether each one I use publishes Proof of Reserves. Merkle-tree assets vs liabilities, audited or not. ended up moving my main stack to a transparent-PoR venue, doing trades where the fee rebate is, and cold-walleting what I won't touch. better to check before you get burned, not after
